OPEN HANDS & PURE HEART

Life on this earth is an endurance race—not a sprint. When you are in a race to win, it is vital to eliminate any extra weight that could slow you down. Sin and the cares of this world are the extra weight that God does not want you to carry. What’s more, He never asks us to prove that we can carry that extra weight. First Peter 5:7 AMPC says, “casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you affectionately, and cares about you watchfully.” Be encouraged and empowered by the practical truths revealed in Pastor David Winston’s new teaching series, Open Hands and Pure Heart.
